We strongly believe that websites need updating on a regular basis.
Maintenance for 1 year from launch / 15 months from start is included at the time of first development and then the client has the option to subscribe for subsequent years.. This will include the following:
- Update of WordPress core, twice a month
- Update of Plugins – twice a month
- Update of themes – twice a month
- Backing up of your website – once a month
- Malware and virus scanning – ongoing
- Protection from hacking attempts – ongoing
- Removal of spam comments – once a month
- Removal of spam user registrations – once a month
- Removal and replacement of removed plugins – as needed
- Other issues from time to time. – As needed
We also keep giving recommendations based on the client’s business needs. We try to specify all possible costs at the outset to protect the client’s interest and the fear of the unknown.
